Returns, Refunds & Exchange policy

At Ruby Gaze Jewels, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed and processed.

Before placing an order, customers are advised to:

  • Carefully review product details, sizes, and descriptions

  • Ensure all selected items are correct

  • Confirm their order only when fully satisfied

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor variations in color or design due to lighting or screen differences

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, customers are expected to be available to receive the order. Failure to accept the order may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Exceptions (if applicable):

Only in the case of a damaged or incorrect product delivered, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/videos). We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution if deemed valid.
